My name is Samba NDAO. Since December 2015, I have been Deputy Director of Internal Trade, a structure of the Ministry of Commerce. In the past, 30 years ago I started as a controller responsible for verifying the application of price regulation, competition, legal Metrology and the quality of food products. As such, I worked for 15 years as departmental head of department and control team leader. After 2 years at the school of administration I received the rank of hierarchy. I managed the regional services of kaolack and fatick trade in central Senegal and that of saint louis in the north of the country. I returned to Dakar four years ago to serve as deputy head of the Legal Metrology Division last position before the one I currently hold. I took part in a workshop on ISO and ORSO standards. I am in charge of the coordination of the salt iodization control program financed by Nutrition International (NI) in Senegal.

Steve Wilson is a Vice President and Corporate Officer of Anadarko Corporation and their Country Manager for Mozambique, based in Maputo. He is responsible for leading in-country activities pertaining to the Mozambique LNG project, including: • Managing and growing the country’s offices and developing the national workforce • Engagement with Mozambique government officials and regulatory bodies. Relationships with industry partners, local communities and other stakeholders. Delivering approvals for POD (February 2018) and FID (June 2019). Ensuring smooth delivery of the project to first production. Delivery of Domestic Gas and development of associated industries in Mozambique Wilson has forty years business experience across all aspects of the Upstream Value Chain in his career with Schlumberger, Chevron and Anadarko, during which time he lived and worked in the USA, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and The Middle East. He took up his current position with Anadarko in November 2017. He held numerous leadership positions during his previous career with Chevron; four times as head of country operations in Norway, Denmark, Bangladesh & latterly China, representing the company at the highest levels of government. His final position was in Houston, leading Chevron’s Worldwide Business Development efforts. Wilson has served in a variety of Advisory roles including Vice President of the Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bangladesh; Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark; and a Board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Norway. A keen supporter of Education, he is a former Governor of Rossall School, a Board Member of the British School of Caracas, and an Advisory Board member for the Asian University for Women. He is currently the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mozambique Wilson holds Masters Degrees in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from Cambridge University and Imperial College London, and an MBA from London’s City University Cass Business School. A British citizen, Wilson is married with three adult children.
