Visa on Arrival

Summit registrants from countries needing visas who have applied in advance should have secured your visa or requested a Visa on Arrival letter prior to your departure. Those requesting a Visa on Arrival received an official letter from the Government of Morocco which will allow you to board the plane and travel to Morocco where your visa will be processed on arrival. 

The Government of Morocco will have a dedicated customs and immigration line, as well as a Command Center at airports in Casablanca and Marrakech.

Registration & Check-In

Location: Registration Tent is located in front of the Palais de Congres

For those who have registered for the Summit, you will need to pick up your Summit badges at the Registration Tent. Badges will be required to access all Summit events and activities. 

You can check-in and receive your badge during the following times:

• Tuesday, July 19 from 11 am - 8 pm
• Wednesday, July 20 from 8 am - 5 pm
• Thursday, July 21 from 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Friday, July 22 from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm 

Shuttle Service

Complimentary Shuttle Service will be provided for Summit attendees to and from our partner hotels including Le Meridien Hotel and Sofitel Hotel to the Palais de Congres. 

Be sure to look for the shuttles with the Summit logo and the name of your hotel. A dedicated staff member will be assigned at each hotel should you have any questions.

All partner hotels are listed on here. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes.

COVID-19 Information

Covid-19 testing is provided for attendees who would like to get tested, located at the front of the Palais de Congres.

Mask wearing is optional at the Summit.

We will use a mobile app called Whova for our event. You can Download the Whova app to access the event:

• View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule.
• Find who else is attending this event and reach out to people ahead of time.
• Plan some social activities such as a morning run, coffee hours, or meet-ups with your fellow attendees.
• Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizers.

After downloading, use your email address when signing up on Whova mobile apps or web portal. Make sure you choose a strong password. You can also sign up using a social media account. Once you have signed up, you should be taken directly to the event!
